Resolving problems

Energy ombudsmen provide a free and independent dispute resolution service for energy customers who have an unresolved issue with their gas or electricity provider.

Who can use it?

Small businesses and residential customers.

It is free.

Who delivers it?

Each state and territory has its own energy ombudsman service which are independent and impartial bodies.
