When you select the 'Bundled (one retailer)' option for your search, the results will show you plans where both electricity and gas are bundled together by a retailer and offered as a single plan (often called a 'dual fuel' plan).

However, in many locations there are very few, or no, bundled plans available. When there are no bundled plans in your location you may not see any plans at first, but the search results do also include unbundled electricity and gas plans. To see these plans, you will need to use the tabs on the results page to switch between the different plan types that we found for you.

Another reason you may not see any plans at first is because Energy Made Easy will show you only the lowest price plans from each retailer by default. This also excludes plans that may have special conditions or are only available to certain customers. You may need to change the view of your results to see the full range of plans available in your location.

To see more plans in your 'Bundled (one retailer)' search results, try the following steps:

Step 1: See more plans by changing the view of your results

Energy Made Easy will show you only the lowest price plans from each retailer by default, excluding any plans with special conditions.

To see all plans from all retailers, click 'All plans'.

To see plans that have special conditions and check if you are eligible for them, click 'Plans with promotional offers' or click the promotional offers alert.

Step 2: Switch between plan types

To see unbundled electricity plan results only, click on the 'Electricity' tab.

To see unbundled gas plan results only, click on the 'Gas' tab.
